1. Cryptocurrency Payments

Because payments are processed on-chain via Cryptomus, transactions are generally final and non-reversible once confirmed on the blockchain.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

We may issue a refund at our discretion in cases such as duplicate charges, technical errors preventing access to the service, or a billing mistake on our end. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email support@viralpostai.com with your account email, order ID, and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 3–5 business days.

4. Cancellations

You can stop using the service at any time. Since plans are prepaid for a fixed duration, cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund for the unused portion.
